JWCS Remote – Our entry level support package giving a set number of remote IT support hours per month. The service is available to all staff within your organisation, so both minor and major problems can be reported and resolved if an issue occurs. The service also includes remote resource monitoring and problem resolution so we will ideally know when an issue occurs and deal with it before it becomes a problem.
JWCS Silver – Our entry level on site IT support package giving a set number of remote and on-site hours per month, The service is available to all staff within your organisation, so both minor and major problems can be reported and resolved if an issue occurs. The service includes remote resource monitoring and problem resolution so we will ideally know when an issue occurs and deal with it before it becomes a problem, and a number of both onsite and onsite call-out hours which will be arranged at a convenient time each month with your staff for either scheduled work, or problem resolution.
JWCS Gold – Our enhanced support package giving a set number of remote and on-site hours per month, infrastructure auditing and reduced rate project management, available to all staff and includes remote resource monitoring
JWCS Premium – Our premium support package giving unlimited remote support, enhanced on-site support which includes access to all IT management and project management resources, full infrastructure monitoring and auditing.

For those businesses who don’t feel they need or want to commit to a support contract we can provide either JWCS CarePacks or Ad-Hoc support at competitive rates for all sizes of business. JWCS CarePacks – JWCS CarePacks can be used for either remote or on site support. You purchase the hours in advance and use them as you want.
Ad-Hoc IT Support – Our Ad-Hoc IT Support service if for those organisation who either do not have an IT support contract in place with us, or do not want to be tied to a contract. This options gives non-contracted businesses the option to have IT support available when needed, so in the event of an IT issue or problem occurring, they are able to phone or email for IT support. The IT support can either be remote or on site as necessary.
