Our qualified engineers are trained to support Microsoft based infrastructures, from Windows NT4 right through to Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Small Business Server 2011 and client operating systems from Windows NT4 Workstation and Windows 95 through to Windows 7.
We can also configure switches and routers and configure broadband services for businesses and individuals.
Where companies are experiencing teething problems from new infrastructure components or applications, we can diagnose issues and rectify faults on your behalf.
We consult with clients prior to performing any work to ensure they are aware of what issues or problems we have found, and what recommendations or actions we believe are needed to resolve the issues.
We will also ensure that the most cost effective solution is made clear, as spending 10 hours trying to resolve individual issues on a PC or laptop is not as cost effective as copying the data and rebuilding, which can be done in a few hours.
