We offer the same ITIL based framework used by big business, taking a pro-active service management approach to your IT infrastructure, yet with the personal service you would expect from a smaller company.

Our service packages can include daily, weekly and monthly remote checks of your core infrastructure components, looking for problems before they occur, and to ensure that they are performing as they should.

We only provide two different packages of support for our customers, as we have found that offering a fixed price monthly support package doesn’t really work for the majority.  Given the constantly changing IT requirements that different businesses have, where some months they may need 20 hours and other months they may only need 3 it isn’t cost efficient for either them or us to have a fixed fee.

We simplified our business model to offer either ad-hoc IT support, or, pay in advance IT support where you purchase a number of hours in advance and use them as you need.  We also offer a discount on pay in advance hours where 25 hours or more are purchased at a time.

We aim to resolve your IT problems using a combination of telephone, remote and onsite support, and offer good honest advice on problem prevention. With PRINCE2, ITIL v3 and Microsoft Certified Professional qualified staff as well as a host of other industry qualifications.  We are also Microsoft Cloud Partners, having offered Microsoft Cloud services to our customers since 2012.
