JWCS Remote is our most cost effective means of providing contracted IT support to your organisation. Using a wide range of industry standard remote support tools we can effectively support your business and staff.

Whereas many remote IT support will only supply limited fix service level agreements, JWCS has a wealth of experience gained within corporate infrastructures that means we’ve probably come across the problem or something similar before, so we’re already a few steps ahead.  We will fully document your infrastructure as part of the support package, which helps our engineers to diagnose and resolve problems without having to ask a lengthy series of questions just to find out what systems you are using.

Whether it is a problem with a server not functioning correctly, one of your staff having problems with an application or you’ve purchased a new printer and need it installing so everyone can use it, our remote support team will be able to help.

The only requirement is for you to have a functioning internet connection, we can do the rest.

We don’t tier our IT support services so you have to go through various stages of support to be able to resolve your problems, we aim to have the right people available to fix issues and problems from your initial call or email.

We also provide a clear service level agreement structure so you know what you can expect and the timescales involved.

As a JWCS Remote customer you may also benefit from preferential rates on both hardware and software purchases. We have partnership agreements with both Symantec and ESET for Anti-virus and security software, we have dedicated account managers at DELL, BT Business Direct, an assortment of HP resellers and Downtown Computers if you need a bespoke system building.

With our entry level package beginning from just 2 hours per month of support, JWCS Remote really is a cost effective solution which gives can provide the peace of mind needed by organisations.

Where a remote fix cannot be achieved, a quote can be provided for on-site support to resolve the issue.  No work will be carried out until costs are agreed, so there are no nasty surprises at the end for you, the customer.
