JWCS Silver – Onsite and Remote IT Support
JWCS Silver is our most cost effective on-site IT support package. The package includes both remote IT support and on site IT support hours so if incidents or problems occur, our engineers will be available to help.
The support package comes with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with guaranteed response times, these can be as low as a 2 hour response, although we aim to have an engineer looking at the issue within minutes rather than hours.
Support is prioritised so should a high priority issue occur, we will have resources ready to get you back up and running. We know how much people rely on their systems to perform even the most basic of business functions, so the impact of not having these systems can mean a of loss of business in the worst cases. Having engineers who have supported business critical systems for large corporate clients means they appreciate the bigger picture which is part of the JWCS philosophy.
JWCS Silver Support can be tailored to your individual needs, so if the majority of your issues can be resolved remotely, then the weight of the support will be remote, which keeps the costs down. If your staff would prefer to have a more visible presence in the office, then a greater emphasis can be put on having on site engineers, these can be scheduled visits, or requests can be made for engineers to attend when necessary.
